This website is part of an Erasmus+ project managed by a consortium of three organizations: Trećeprostor (Lead — Croatia), Cais1515 (Portugal), and Cinegiovani (Italy). For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Trećeprostor is the Data Controller. The website is developed and maintained by Drugomajska.

2. Data We Collect

• Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your username and email address. This is necessary to provide you with access to specific project features.
• Comment Data: When you leave a comment, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
• Media / Dissemination: As an Erasmus+ project, we may display photos or videos from project activities. If you are a participant and appear in these, your image is processed based on the consent form signed during the activity.

3. Why We Process Your Data

We use your data to:

• Manage your user account.
• Allow participation in the project's online community (comments).
• Fulfill dissemination requirements set by the Erasmus+ program.

4. Third-Party Services

• YouTube: We embed videos from YouTube. When you play these videos, YouTube (Google) may collect data and set cookies. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting: Our website is hosted on servers located within the European Union, ensuring a high level of data protection.

5. Data Retention

• Accounts: We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as required by Erasmus+ audit rules (usually 5 years after the project ends).
• Comments: Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.

6. Your Rights
